Technical consultant with experience in the food industry and consultancy, specialised in meat processing, packaging, canned goods, logistics, bakery and pastry, beverages, and the HORECA channel, among others. He is part of the technical team at QBox Food Quality S.L., participating in implementation, auditing and training projects related to management and self-control systems.

Graduated in Food Science and Technology, with professional experience in both industry (production, laboratory and quality control) and auditing and consultancy. This background enables him to provide a practical, plant-oriented approach aligned with regulatory and certification requirements.
