Holding a degree in Pharmacy, he combines experience as a Technical Pharmaceutical Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs with academic activity as an Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona (UB) since 2012, teaching Food Safety, Food Law, HACCP, and Hygiene in the Food Industry.
